Coral A. Roney, 76, of Olney died Wednesday August 26, 1998 at Good Samaritan Extended Care in Vincennes, Ind.

Mr. Roney was born on September 14, 1921 in Richland County, the son of Otis and Viola "Alberta" (Combs) Roney. He married his wife of 46 years, Grace Snider Miller Roney on July 13, 1952.

Mr. Roney was a retired assistant manager of A & P Grocery in Olney. He was also an avid flower gardener and enjoyed the outdoors and traveling. His death ended a two year struggle with cancer.

He was a member of Mt. Gilead Church in Olney.

He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Debra Stull and husband, David, Vincennes; a brother, Rev. Arthur Roney, Lincoln, Neb. and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Norman Roney and a sister Ethel Bower Jennings.
