Robert F. Miller, 60, Rt. 6, Olney, died Saturday, July 17, 1982, in his home. Services in the Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor John Kaitschuk presiding. Burial in Crest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Miller was born June 20, 1922, in Mattoon, the son of Ralph and Nellie (Roney) Miller. He married Francis Kurtz Oct. 25, 1946 and she survives.

He was lineman from 1947 to 1979 for CIPS. He retired because of ill health. He was a member of Olney Veteran organizations. He was a World War II veteran.

Other survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Charles (Jean) Ramey, Tacoma, Wash.; Mrs. Charles (Sidney) Glassmire, Pensacola, Fla.; and Mrs. Charles (Margie) Lenear, Olney; three brothers, William Miller, Olney; Gerald Miller, Terre Haute, Ind.; and George Miller, Riverside, Ca.; 10 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother.
