Neva Genelle King (Bunch)

Neva Genelle (King) Bunch, 80, of Canadian, Texas, died Saturday, Nov. 23, 2002. Services at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Les Hall, pastor, officiating. Burial in the Edith Ford Memorial Cemetery.

Mrs. Bunch was married to Joe Bob Bunch. He preceded her in death on July 30, 1977.

She was raised in Olney, Ill., where she graduated from Olney High School. While in Olney, she was a telephone operator supervisor. She also worked at the Hemphill County Hospital in Canadian from 1972 until she retired in 1991. She was a seamstress and loved to sew for her family and friends. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and of the Friendship Sunday School Class.

Survivors include a daughter, Bobbie Jo Ramp and husband, Jim, of Canadian; a son, Brad Bunch and wife, Donna, of Shattuck, Okla.; and three grandchildren, Cindy Nell Wheeler and husband, Greg, of Amarillo, Vicki Jo Hodnett and husband, Chad, of Borger, and Jake Ramp of Canadian.
