Elizabeth (VanCleve) Scott, 79, Vincennes, Indiana died Friday, January 18, 2002 at Gentle Care Nursing Home.

Born April 17, 1922 in Olney, Illinois, she was the daughter of Charles M. and Laura Ruth (Schaeffer) VanCleve.

She was a member of Franklin Heights Christian Church, she had worked at Illinois Commercial Telephone and Prestolite.

Survivors include her husband, Kent Scott, whom she married December 17, 1948; two daughters, Nancy Boccuzzi of Oradell, NJ and Sharon McCann of Bloomington; three sons, Stephen Scott of Huntington, Calvin Scott of Highland and Duane Scott of Elizabethtown, Ky; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Two brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.

Funeral services at Goodwin Funeral Home with burial in Wheatland Cemetery, Wheatland, IN.
