Mildred N. Navolt, 77, of Olney died Wednesday May 5, 1999 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.  Funeral services at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney with Dr. Larry Duncan officiating. Burial in Maple Dale Cemetery in Olney.

Mrs. Navolt was born March 30, 1922 in Richland County, the daughter of Charles A. and Fannie Mae (Stivers) Totten. She married Eugene Dallas Navolt August 19, 1939 in Henderson, Ky. He died April 28, 1995.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Bible Fellowship Church, a former member of the Olney Coin Club and Secretary/Treasurer of the American Legion Auxiliary.

Mrs. Navolt is survived by three sons, Dallas Navolt of Raleigh, N.C,  Darrell Navolt of Chattanooga, Tenn. and Tom Navolt of Champaign; two daughters, Sue Peck of Champaign and Mildred Navolt of Mahomet; two sisters, Charlene Graper of Haubstadt, Ind. and JoAnn Kobernus of Virginia; five grandchildren; three step-grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and one sister.
