Ruth Marie Dungey, 62, 612 W. Cherry, Olney died Sunday March 10, 1985 in Richland Memorial Hospital. Services in the Immanuel United Methodist Church with Rev. Robert Smith presiding. Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Dungey was born in Olney, December 31, 1922, the daughter of Mervin and Essie W. (Bowen) Heindselman She married Charles Dungey April 16, 1946 and he preceded her in death July 20, 1979.

She was the retired owner and operator of Ruth's Beauty Shop and was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church in Olney.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Randy (Ann) Blackford, Olney; three brothers, Jack and Glen Heindselman both of Olney, Larry Heindselman, Decatur; three sisters, Beulah Black, Marjorie Neff and Donna Kauble all of Olney; her mother, Essie Heindselman, Olney; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her husband, father, a brother and a sister.
