Marilyn S. Blank, 55, of Charleston, died Friday July 23, 1993.

Marilyn was born June 14, 1938 the daughter of John and Eleanor (Petitjean) Cook.

Memorial service at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. The body was cremated and the inurnment was at Roselawn Cemetery in Charleston.

Mrs. Blank was a member of the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.

Mrs. Blank is survived by her husband, Jarl; two sons, Mark A. of Charleston and Mikel of Greenup; four daughters, Mrs. Joe (Sheila) Dively, Kathryn Blank and Mrs. Tom (Janet) White all of Charleston, Mrs. Charles (Susan) Schuster of Chesterfield, Mo.; a sister, Donna Jourdan of Aurora; a brother, Jim Cook of Charleston and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Eleanor Cook.
