Joan Wright, 68, of Olney, died at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, November 16, 2006, at her residence.  Burial in Crest Haven Memorial Gardens in rural Claremont.

Mrs. Wright was born April 18, 1938, in Bonpas Township in Richland County, the daughter of Lee B. and Ruth (Harmon) Bunn. She married Mick Wright on June 29, 1957. He preceded her in death on May 13, 2006. She was a homemaker and member of the Church of Christ.

She is survived by her son, Jeff Wright and his wife, Patty, of Olney; two brothers, Walter Bunn and his wife, Claudine, of Olney; and Wayne Bunn and his wife, Mary, of Florida; three grandchildren, Tate Wright, Lacey J. Wright, and Lance Corporal Levi Wright, U.S. Marine Corps, Okinawa, Japan.

Mrs. Wright was preceded in death by her parents, husband and sister, Thelma.
