Charles Salisbury

Our precious husband, father, and grandpa, Charles Harold (Chuck) Salisbury, 77, passed away November 26, 1995.

Born August 17, 1918, in St. Charles, Missouri, to Chester L. and Katie Dunkel Salisbury. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in India in the 88th Airborne.

Married his sweetheart Jennie (Pat) Killpack June 4, 1941; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She preceded him in death September 21, 1985. He was then blessed to marry Leah Lawrence August 18, 1986. He served as a high priest and faithful home teacher in the Butler 4th Ward.

Survived by his wife; children, Jean (Barry) Goff, Gary (Renae) Salisbury, Richard (Robin) Salisbury, Charles Brent (Debra D.) Salisbury, Carl Lynn Salisbury; 19 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and a brother, Eugene Salisbury.

Funeral services held at the Butler 4th Ward Chapel, 6634 So. Greenfield Way (1800 East). Interment at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
