Debbie,
I am so so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. He was a great person.
David Shafer (1969)
Jim was 3 years ahead of me in High School and I really got to know him well as an Adult Sunday School teacher in my church and even more so when I was elected to the Olney City Council and Jim was City Manager, a great one and friend! When I was a young teen I would every December travel to Oblong and see their Park Christmas Lights. I suggested that we start one here in Olney and we did! So every Christmas when you see those Park Lights, please remember Jim! Miss you friend! And so sorry Debbie! I will not forget you and Jim's friendship! Dave
