Cheryl was my sister. She loved our parents, they loved her. Our mom misses her. Cheryl was her first

child. She passed away from breast cancer. Our mom took care of her in her final days. She passed at

home. I was proud of her. She left this world with dignity.

She had a son and daughter. Their fathers, took the low road, leaving Cheryl to do the best she could on

her own.

She went to work for Mitsubishi Motors, in Bloomington, Il., in 1988. Made an above average living, yet

lived a modest life. Money was nothing to her.

Her big love was Billy Joe Royal. Our mom and I, going through things, found so many photos of the two

of them, casual photos. A part of her life we knew very little of. Never will now.

Cheryl grew up in a family that taught her, keep things private. She did. She was also open, loving,

giving. If I asked Cheryl for any assistance, she was there. Thank you Cheryl, hope once or twice I was there for you.
