Janice Kay Rogers, 62, of Newton, Illinois passed away Sunday, September 30, 2012 at St. John's Hospital, Springfield, IL.

Graveside services at the Hankins Cemetery, rural Jasper County with Brother Tom Matson officiating. Burial in the Hankins Cemetery.

Janice was born on February 19, 1950 in Olney, Illinois the daughter of Ralph Stephen and Katherine (Bostick) Doty. Janice worked at the shoe factory and later Road Master/Pacific Cycle before retiring. She was a member of the Church of Latter Day Saints.

Janice will be loved and remembered by her mother Katherine Rogers of Newton; grandsons Blake Rogers of Oklahoma and Joey Rogers of Chauncey; brother Arthur Doty of Willow Hill.

She was preceded in death by her father, son Neal Richard Rogers, and sister Kathy Doty.
