Michael Alvin Barnhart, age 54, of Assonet, Mass. and formerly of Olney,  died  June 2, 2005, and is buried in the West Village Cemetery in Albion, Edwards County, Illinois.

Mike was born June 12, 1950,  the son of Alvin and Doris (Corwin) Barnhart formerly of Albion and of Carmi, IL.  He married Sue Ashworth. 

Mike graduated from East Richland High School in Olney, Illinois in 1968.  He and his wife were employed in the condominium sales and rental business in Ormond Beach, Florida, prior to his death.

He is survived by his wife Sue Ashworth Barnhart; his son Nathan, of Ormond Beach, FL, and his sister Dea Etta Lohman of Holly Springs, FL.

He was preceded in death by his parents of Olney, IL, and his sister Donna Kay Hout of Noble, IL.
