Sandra K. Payne, 55, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., formerly of Olney died at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2004 in Florida. Funeral services in Davie, Fla.

She was born August 5, 1949, the daughter of Joe and Betty Payne.

Ms. Payne is survived by her father, Joe Payne of Vandalia; her mother, Betty Payne of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; five brothers, Carl of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Mark of Louisville, Colo., Richard of Cape Girardeau, Mo., Greg of Tampa, Fla., and Robert of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; two daughters, Meeshia of Leroy and Shannon of Clinton; a son, Johnathan of Maine and four grandchildren, Erica, Gregory, Heather and Hailie.
