Joseph Kosack

Dr. J. Richard Kosack, 64 passed away on Friday, October 4, 2013, at his home in Phoenix, Arizona.

He was born March 3, 1949, in Olney. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, in 1972. He was a practicing chiropractor until July 2010.

He is survived by his mother, Betty Kosack, of Champaign; his wife, Vicki; daughter, Jennifer Barrueta, of Phoenix; grandsons, Dylan, Peyton and Alex Barrueta; son, David (Bryn), of Scottsdale, Arizona; granddaughter, Ella Kosack and grandson, Max Kosack; sister, Connie (Mike) Drewes, of Champaign; brother, Cary Kosack, of Olney; sister, Kathy (Terry) Greene, of Gilbert, Arizona; aunt, Leona Street, of Olney; aunt, Anne Johnson, of Philadelphia, Penn.; aunt Maryoleta and uncle Jack Diel, of Orlando, Fla.; several cousins, nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Eva Jenner, of Olney; brothers-in-law, Charles (Brenda) Jenner and Randy and James Jenner, all of Olney.

Gary Stoltz (Stoltz) (1967)

I will always consider Rick a close friend.  Although we did not see or talk often after we had graduated from college, I always knew that I could call on him at any time.  He will be missed. His wife Vickie is a jewel. Until we meet again.  Gary Stoltz
