Annettte Bahl (Geier)

Annette C. Geier, 53, of Greensburg, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2012, at the Hospice Inpatient Facility in Columbus.

Born November 20, 1958, in Olney, Illinois, she was the daughter of Ralph and Colette (Rennier) Bahl. 

She worked as an accountant/bookkeeper for GECOM. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and was a volunteer for the St. Mary's soup kitchen. She loved reading, gardening and baking.

She was married to Greg D. Geier on April 25, 1981, in Stringtown, Illinois, and he survives.

She is also survived by her mother, Colette Bahl, of Olney; one daughter, Lindsay (Michael) Heule, of Livermore, Calif.; two sons, Eric (Natalie) Geier, of Indianapolis, and Quintin Geier, of Anderson, Ind.; three sisters, Norma (Leonard) Kessler, of Ingraham,, Joyce Iffert, of Olney, and Donna (Melvin) Rennier, of Claremont; two brothers, Fred (Deana) Bahl, of Dundas, and Rick Bahl, of Dundas; and two grandchildren, Gabriel and Jackson Heule.

She was preceded in death by her father; one brother, Jerome Bahl; and one sister, Marcella Bahl.

Funeral services at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greensburg with Rev. John Geis officiating.  Interment will be held in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
