Steven L. Atwood, Sr., 59, of Olney, passed away on Friday, September 7, 2018 at his residence.  Steve was born on October 23, 1958 in Richland Co., IL, the son of Lowell and Ina Pearl (Wilson) Atwood.

Steve was a simple man that loved his family dearly.

He is survived by his son, Steven Atwood, Jr and wife Lesley of Olney; son, Brandon Atwood of Olney; mother, Ina Atwood of Olney; grandchildren, Dallas Atwood, Haliey Spencer, Blake Atwood, Alex Atwood, Lilly Spencer, Caydence Atwood, and Gracie Atwood; sisters, Deb (Ed) Millman, Cheryl (John David) Allison, and Connie (David) Hawkins; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Memorials can be made to his Grandchildren's Education Fund.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 14, 2018 at the Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney with a visitation beginning one hour prior.  Burial will follow in Greenhill Cemetery.
