Susan Jane Stevenson,  57, of Olney, passed away on November 17, 2014 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Indiana.

Susan was born on March 27, 1957 in Olney, Illinois, the daughter of John F. and Freda Jean (Gray) Nix.  She married Randy Stevenson on May 22, 1976.

Susan was a devoted mother and wife. She loved watching her three daughters participate in athletic events but her greatest pleasure was watching them grow into beautiful women. Susan was a teachers aide at the East Richland School District for almost 20 years. She had a kind heart and touched the lives of many students. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Olney.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Randy Stevenson of Olney; daughters, Lyndsey Busser and husband Brian of Byron, IL; Sara Stevenson and wife Katherine Stevenson of Long Beach, MS and Taylor Stevenson of Olney; granddaughters, Talia and Mia Busser;  sisters, Shirley Street and husband Gary of Olney and Mary Clark and husband John Clark of Olney; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Donna Dishong.
