James Clark

James L. "Jim" Clark, 52 of Parkersburg, died Friday, March 30th, 2007 at his residence in Parkersburg.  Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg.

Jim was born on November 27th, 1954 the son of Kenneth and Doris (Slover) Long. He later married Paula Royse on October 24th, 1988. She survives.

Jim attended Antioch Christian Church in rural Richland County. He was a mechanic by trade, and a member of the Olney White Squirrel Cruiser Club. He loved classic car shows and was the coordinator for the Classic Car Show during the Parkersburg Chowder. He was a NASCAR fan and loved racing in general. He worked at O'rielly's Auto parts in Olney until his health forced him to quit.

Jim is survived by his wife, Paula, father and mother, Kenneth and Doris Long, son Mike Clark, and his fiance' Jessica Brown of West Salem; stepson, Karl Bock, and his wife Tyneal of Olney; daughters, Gloria Clark of Parkersburg, Cayti Jo Clark of Parkersburg; brothers, Larry Clark of Parkersburg, Rodger Clark, and his wife Darlene of Parkersburg; sister, Judy Jourdan of Parkersburg, grandchildren, Nacayla, Trevor, Ansen, and Mark.

Jim was preceded in death by one brother, John L. Clark.
