Madonna Elaine Volk, age 17, of Claremont passed away Saturday night, October 23, 1971 at the Richland Memorial Hospital.

Miss Volk was born in Olney, the daughter of Delbert Volk and Coletta Spitz Volk. She was a member of the Senior Class of East Richland High School and a member of the Office Clerical Group. She was also a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Olney.

Besides her parents, she leaves the following brother and sisters: Larry Volk with the U.S. Navy, Sister Linda Volk, Mrs. Marshal Ruffus, Mrs. Nancy Lane, Carla Jean and Mary Cheryl Volk both at home. She also leaves one nephew, Billy Joe Volk and a close friend, Brad Cunningham of Claremont.

Her grandparents are Henry Spitz of Olney and Mr. and Mrs. William Volk of Ingraham.
