Olney Man Found Dead

An Olney man was found dead about 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, in a garage attached to his home.

Gerald Wayne Lame, 30, was found in the front seat of his car, by his wife.

Richland County Coroner, Susan Bromm said he died of carbon monoxide poisoning. Bromm said foul play is not suspected. An inquest is pending.

Gerald Wayne Lame, 30,  died Sunday, January 27, 1985 at his home at Rt. 1, Olney.  Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg.

Mr. Lame was born July 18, 1954 in Olney, the son of Ellis and Margaret (Head) Lame. He married Connie Reynolds November 2, 1974 in Calhoun, and she survives.

He was a self-employed long distance truck driver.

Other survivors include three daughters, Heather, Amy and Jennifer all at home; a brother, Galen Lame and his parents, all of Parkersburg.
