Florence E. Stallard, 69, of Olney, died Wednesday, April 7, 1993, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Ind.   Burial in Oakwood Cemetery in Wilmington, Ill.

Memorials may be made to Lou Gehrig's Disease.

Mrs. Stallard was born Aug. 21, 1923, in Olney, the daughter of William and Estella (Doney) Hudson. She married Kenneth T. Stallard Jan. 31, 1944, in Quartzsite, Ariz.

Mrs. Stallard worked in the accounting department at the Joliet Arsenal in Joliet.

Mrs. Stallard is survived by her husband, Kenneth T. Stallard of Olney; one son, Theodore Stallard and wife Sharon of Wilmington; one daughter, Mrs. James (Connie) Juliano of Mechanicville, N.Y.; six sisters, Sarah Howington of 0rrville, Ala., Norma Stoltz of Eutis, Fla., Wilma Slichenmyer, Carolyn Tucker, Pat Gaede and Marion Eagleson, all of Olney; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Stallard was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Marilyn, and one brother, Reuben.
