Rosemary Grace Johnson Walker, 45, died Saturday August 15, 1998 at home, of metastatic breast cancer. She was surrounded by her three children and husband.

Walker was born and raised in Olney by her parents, Ernest Logan Johnson and the late Mildred Jared Johnson.

She taught English at Aquinas College. She received her undergraduate degree in English from the University of Illinois and her master's degree from Western Michigan University.

She had a gift for making and keeping life-long friends.

She is survived by her husband, Keith of 25 years; three children, Caroline 21, Nathan 19, and Jessica 15; two brothers, Jared Johnson and his wife, Celeste of Grand Rapids and Linwood Johnson and his wife, Huey-jia of Wilmette.
