Mrs. Sheila Sue Kapper, age 23, passed away February 23, 1971 at St. Mary's Hospital in St. Louis.  Interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Olney.

Mrs. Kapper was born in Lawrence County, the daughter of Shirley and Waive Goodart Neil. She was married to Kenneth Kapper on August 5, 1967. She had been employed in Olney at the General Telephone Company and at the Weber Medical Clinic. The family residence is on Rt. 3, Washington, Ind.

She leaves her husband, Kenneth; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Shirley Neil of Olney and the following brothers and sisters: Spencer Neil of St. Louis, Jack and Troy Neil at home, Mrs. Jan Wright of Olney, Mrs. Dixie Ochs of Champaign and Mrs. Shirley Dee Stripe of Griffith, Ind. Mr. and Mrs. Ephriam Kapper of Olney are her mother and father-in-law.

She was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Kapper.
