Mrs. Suzanne Marie Redmon, age 67, of Robinson, IL, died  at 11:56 pm Friday March 7, 2014 at Lawrence County Memorial Hospital, Lawrenceville, IL, following a long period of declining health.

Suzanne was born in Olney, IL, September 30, 1946 to Marion Glen and Verna Mae (Grove) Schwartz and graduated East Richland High School in 1964.  In 1967, she married Warren Knapp Redmon.  The couple was later divorced and he preceded her in death August 8, 1987. Mrs. Redmon worked as a dietician at Crawford Memorial Hospital, Robinson, IL, for 27 years and retired in 2009.

Mrs. Redmon is survived by her three sons and their families, Richard & Melissa Redmon of  Vincennes, IN, Christopher of Mason City, IA, and Mike & Susie Redmon of Robinson, IL; a brother and spouse, Stephen G. and Helen Schwartz of Olney, IL, and grandchildren Staci Redmon, Zora Brewer, Chris Redmon, James Redmon, Cody Redmon, Jamie Thomlinson and Shane Redmon and one great grandson David Thomlinson; a niece Stephanie Schwartz also survives.

Preceding Suzanne in death were her parents and her husband.

There will be a private family graveside committal service at the Mound Cemetery, Jasper County, IL.
