Helen Ruth "Sally" (Bailey) Ladson, 62,  passed away Sunday, December 14, 2008 at her home in Cairo, Ga.

She was born September 24, 1946 in Richland County, to Arthur "Dick" and Arleen (saye) Bailey.

She worked in maintenance and the engineering department of Southern State Hospital in Thomasville, Ga.

Mrs. Ladson is survived by one son, Bryan Ladson and his wife, Cheryl of El Dorado, Kan.; one daughter, Tina Loudermilk of Cairo, Ga.; four grandchildren, Aaron Loudermilk and his wife, Iris Andera, Tiffany and Nathen Ladson; one great-grandson, Aaron Lee Loudermilk Jr.; sister, Evelyn Novak of Calhoun; sister, Susan Bailey of Estero, Fla.; sister in law, Shirley Bailey of Dundas; brother, Frank Bailey and his wife, Kathy of Palmetto, Fla.; and brother, John Bailey and his wife, Carol of Dundas.

She was preceded in death by her parents Dick and Arleen Bailey; brothers, Richard Bailey, William Bailey; brother-in-law, Merle Novak and beloved grandmother, Leva Saye.
