Jerome R. "Jerry" Bahl, 51, of Claremont died February 3, 1998 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Ind.  Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery in Stringtown.

Bahl was born June 5, 1946 in Richland County, the son of Ralph and Colette (Rennier) Bahl. He married Joanne Rennier January 9, 1968.

He worked at Weinmann in Olney and repaired televisions for over 27 years. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Stringtown.

He is survived by his wife; one son, Daniel Ephraim Bahl and his wife, Kelly of Olney; two brothers, Frederick Bahl and Richard Bahl both of Dundas; four sisters, Norma Kessler of Ingraham, Joyce Iffert of Dundas, Donna Rennier of Claremont and Annette Geier of Greensburg, Tenn.; parents, of Dundas; in-laws, Ephraim and Helen Rennier of Claremont and one grandchild.

He was preceded in death by a son, Brian, a daughter, Diane Marie and a sister, Marcella Bahl.
