Glenys McWilliams, 83, of Lincoln, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2016, at Christian Village. Services at Lincoln Christian Church, with Ron Otto officiating. Burial at New Union Cemetery.

Glenys was born February 2, 1933, in Olney, the daughter of Robert and Ilma Franklin Sprague. She married James Allen McWilliams March 25, 1951, in Olney. He preceded her in death April 24, 2007.

Glenys is survived by her two daughters, Lisa (Greg) Curry of Lincoln and Jamie (Don) Beers of Bainbridge, N.Y.; son, Bruce (Sue) McWilliams of Tremont; one brother, Ron (Mary) Sprague of Lincoln; sister-in-law, Sue (Terry) Stanley of Carterville; 10 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and son-in-law, Steve Gleason.

She was a member of the Lincoln Christian Church, Harvest of Talents and Beacon Sunday School Class.
