John R. "Jack" Lewis, 58, of Miami, Fla., formerly of Olney died at Ami Kendall Regional Medical Center in Miami Fla. Thursday May 23, 1991.  Funeral services at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home. Burial at St. Joseph Cemetery with full military rites at the graveside by the Olney Veterans Organizations.

Mr. Lewis was born September 19, 1932. He married Barbara J. Weiler. He was a U.S. Air Force Career Man  (MSGT ~ US AIR FORCE)  and at his death was working for U.S. Customs in Miami. He attended schools in Olney.

Mr. Lewis is survived by his wife, Barbara J. Lewis, Miami; one son, Tony R. Lewis, Lakeland, Fla.; two daughters, Debra Giannotta and Arden Hopper both of Miami and five grandchildren.

Mr. Lewis was preceded in death by his parents.
