Nancy B. Fritschle, 79,  of Olney died Monday, March 5, 2012 at Burgin Manor in Olney.

She was born on November 12, 1932 in Olney, Illinois, the daughter of Lawrence and Gladys (Hunt) Bateman. She married Arthur E. Fritschle on November 18, 1950.

Mrs. Fritschle was a farm wife and homemaker. She loved spending time with her family, reading, genealogy, quilting and doing jigsaw and word puzzles. She was a member of the Lutheran faith.

She is survived by her husband, Art Fritschle of Olney; three daughters, Susan Neuman and husband Steve of Olney, Marilyn Keller and husband Rick of Olney, and Pam Smith and husband Rollie of Clifton, IL; two sisters, Pat Jones and husband Bob of Champaign, IL and Sheri Vandergriff and husband Jerry of Spring Creek, NV; sister-in-law, Anna Mae Barber and husband Bill of Olney; several grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great grandchildren, step-great grandchildren and step-great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Keith and Larry.
