Charles R. Fregeau, 59 of Hoffman Estates, Illinois passed away September 25, 2017. He was born October 27, 1957 a son of Donald C. and Mary J. (Leaf) Fregeau. He was preceded in death by both parents.

The following was a Face Book post October 23, 2017 by Charles' brother via Shelley Bateman Steber.

This is my brother Charles Fregeau, I just found out tonight he died on September 25, 2017.  We talk once a month, so I didn't find out til just now. After over 13 years of dialysis he passed quietly, his heart just stopped, it had enough of this world. He is with Uncle Ho, bad Billy Blake, and Carolina Blake "that Clown" and others. They will all be sitting around having a drink waiting for the rest of us. Please remember him in your prayers he would have been 60 on Friday.
