Edwin R Treece, 47, of Olney, died November 8, 1988 in Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney, IL

Mr. Treece was born on July 2, 1941 in Berryville, IL to Clarence and Helen (Kutz) Treece. He married Patricia Geier on Oct 3, 1959 in Olney. She survives.

He was a partner in C & T Auto Parts. He was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church, BPOE 926, Richland County Country Club and the Knights of Columbus. He was instrumental in coaching boys and girls basketball at the St. Joseph School for several years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Donna Treece of Indianapolis, IN; one daughter Amy, at home; two brothers, John Treece of Redlands, CA and Gary Treece of West Salem, IL; and one sister, Mrs Lawrence (Arna) Kessler of Olney.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
