Constance Ann Minard, 71, passed away April 5, 2013, in San Antonio, Texas.

Connie was born September 20, 1941, in Olney, the daughter of Theresa Ochs and the late Eustace Ochs.

She is survived by her sons, Paul, Matthew, and Richard Minard; sisters, Nancy Thompson and late husband Tom, Lucy Kesler and husband Dick; brothers, Dennis and wife Judy, Jim Ochs and wife Laura; daughter-in-laws, Martha and Trish Minard; grandchildren, Madeline, Molly, Shay, and Jaxon Minard; several nieces and nephews; and good friend Joseph Stowolski.
