Patricia M. Adams, 58, of Evansville, Ind., formerly of Olney died Friday April 21, 2000 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.  Services at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Olney with the Rev. Jerry Wirth officiating.  Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery in Olney.

Mrs. Adams was born October 1, 1941 in Clay County, the daughter of Gilbert and Marie (Nix) Kapper. She married Orlando N. Adams on October 7, 1961 and he survives.

She was retired from General Telephone after 32 years as a facility technician. She attended St. Joseph Catholic Church in Olney.

Mrs. Adams is survived by her husband, Orlando N. Adams of Evansville, Ind.; her parents, Gilbert and Marie Kapper of Olney; one son, Douglas Adams of Evansville, Ind.; two brothers, Don Kapper of Olney and Richard Kapper and his wife Lou Ann of Gainesville, Fla.; three sisters, Carolyn "Kay" Keller and her husband, Marvin of Bethany, Sharon Paddock and her husband, Ron of Carmel, Ind. and Mary Crites and her husband, Stan of Claremont; several nieces and nephews and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Frank.
