Frederick Eugene Johnston, 32, was found dead in his apartment at 227 E. Seventh St., Evansville, Indiana yesterday at 1:30 p.m. (9/20/1965)

Deputy Coroner, Ed Salisbury said an autopsy revealed Mr. Johnston died of a heart attack four to five days before his body was found yesterday by a worker in the apartments.

Johnston formerly lived at Olney, Illinois.

Survivors include his father, William Johnston, Olney.

Funeral and burial will be at Olney.
