Patricia Murphy, 43, Bridgeport, IL, died at Lawrence County Hospital Monday, July 4, 1977.

She was born in Claremont on April 4, 1934, the daughter of Roy and Luella (Ferguson) Lathrop. She was a member of the First Christian Church.

Survivors are her husband, her parents, both of Bridgeport, IL; two daughters, Brenda and Cheryl; and two sons, Jay and Mickey, all of Bridgeport, IL.

She was preceded in death by an infant son.

Services at the Cunningham-Nichols Funeral Home, with Rev. Harold Miles officiating. Burial in the Sumner Cemetery.
