Joe Edward Lanear , 79 of Gold Canyon, Arizona passed away June 19, 2014 in Phoenix, Arizona.

Joe was born January 7, 1935 son of Marion A. and Leona G. (De Long) Lanear.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Carolyn Sue Cox and Marilyn Sue Stojcik.

Words cannot easily express one's entire life. We know dad was loved by many and he touched many lives. He lived his life to the fullest.

He was a Korean War veteran. He was a technical fellow engineer at Boeing and spent his career in aerospace. During retirement, he enjoyed traveling throughout the USA.

There will be no funeral services. If you would like, please make a donation to your favorite charity in his name.

We love you dad... daughter Debbie, and sons David and Darren.
