Jack R. Fulgham, 65, of Boynton Beach, Florida, formerly of Olney died Wednesday June 9, 1999 in Olney.  Memorial services at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney with Rev. Charles McDonald officiating.

Mr. Fulgham was born November 16, 1933 in Lawrenceville, the son of Raymond and Lucille (Lewis) Fulgham. He married Wanda Heinz December 27, 1987. She survives.

Mr. Fulgham worked in sales and was a member of the Olney Elks.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Fulgham of Boynton Beach, Florida; two sons, David Fulgham and his wife, Susan of Columbia, Mo. and Philip Fulgham and his wife, Rebecca of Millstadt; one step-son, Patrick Murray and his wife Marcia of Marietta, Ga.; two step-daughters, Ann Shapiro and her husband, Mark of St. Louis, Mo. and Susan Murray of Columbia, Mo.; and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, John.
