Bonnie Clevy, 79, of Claremont passed away at 12:30 a.m. on June 23, 2013 at her residence.  Funeral services at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home.  Burial in Crest Haven Memorial Park, near Claremont.

Bonnie was born November 2,1933 to Albert and Blanche (Fritschle) Ashworth. She married Jack Clevy on July 25, 1953 in Claremont. He survives.

Bonnie was a homemaker who loved gardening, cooking, and caring for her family. She and her husband spent time together enjoying the simple things in life- family, friends, and camping trips to Blue Grass festivals. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a devoted daughter to her parents.

She is survived by her husband of nearly 60 years, Jack Clevy; daughters, Karen Schneller and husband Fred of Decatur, IL, Brenda Beard and husband Robert of Claremont; grandsons, Ted Schneller and wife Janel, Ben Schneller, Dalyn Beard and wife Tymber, Jesse Beard and wife Ashley; great-grandchildren, Terrence Beard, Ayden Beard, Mackenzie Stubbe, and Adysen Beard; brother, Bill Ashworth; brothers-in-law, Bernard Phillips and Jimmie Clevy; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Rosetta Phillips.
