Angel Ann Porter, 44, of Northwood Iowa and formerly of Claremont, died December 9,  1981 in Louisville.  Burial in Red Brush Cemetery in Louisville, Illinois

Mrs. Porter was born August 4, 1937 in Claremont, the daughter of Lee D. Dishong, Paragould, Ark. and Ruth (Atkins) Dishong, Claremont. She married James Porter in Northwood, Iowa and he survives.

She was a stenographer for Worth Mutual Insurance Association.

Other survivors include her parents; a son Larry Barlo Porter, Bedford, Ia; a daughter, Mrs. Sherry Lee Schmitt, Norfolk, Neb.; a brother, Danny Lee Dishong, Lawrenceville; a sister, Mrs. Barbara J. Harmon, Olney; and two grandchildren.
