Catherine M. (Rude) Keen, 78, of Decatur, IL passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023. Cathy was born on February 19, 1945 in Springfield, IL, the daughter of Vernon D. and Marie C. (Flammini) Rude. She married James M. Keen on August 26, 1962.

Cathy worked at the State Bank of Blue Mound and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Cathy is survived by her children: Gregory J. Keen (Tracy) of Chatham, IL, Tina M. Kelley (Jerry) of Melbourne, FL and Paul D. Keen (Angie Crawley) of Decatur, IL; brother: Bill Rude (Donna) of Olney, IL; grandchildren: Daniel Kelley (Kristin), Drew Kelley, Sarah Keen (Travis Harrah), Emily M. Keen, Mai Keen and Tayler Waud; great grandchildren: Kenzie, Dane and Zander; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, former husband and her brother: Vernon D. Rude.

A service to honor Cathy's life will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Crest Haven Memorial Park, Olney, IL.
