Robert Darold Snyder, 65, of Highlands Ranch, Colo., died Sunday, June 26, 2005, at his home.   Funeral services at Cherry Hills Community Church at 3900 E. Grace Blvd. in Highlands Ranch, Colo.  Interment in Chapel Hill Cemetery in Littleton, Colorado.

Mr. Snyder was born September 9, 1939, in Clay City, to Darold C. and Vivian E. (Graham) Snyder. He married Koneta Kay Eagleton on December 20, 1959, in Olney.

He graduated in 1957 from East Richland High School; attended college and received his BA from Greenville College in Greenville; and went on to receive his Masters of Education and Doctorate of Education from University of Illinois. His career has included teaching, principal and superintendent of schools in Illinois and Colorado. He had also coached tennis and swimming, and enjoyed traveling, photography and music.

Mr. Snyder is the beloved husband of Koneta Snyder, of Highlands Ranch, Colo.; loving father of Pamela Karns, of Littleton, Colo., David Snyder of Winter Park, Colo., and Cynthia Salazar, of Albuquerque, New Mexico.; son of Mrs. Vivian Snyder, of Olney; brother of Kay Conour, of Olney; grandfather of Koneta and Michael Karns of Littleton, Colo.; and son-in-law of Bernard and Anna Eagleton, of Olney.

He was preceded in death by his father, Darold Snyder.
