Kenneth R. Lockwood Jr., age 75, of Olney, passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney.  Funeral services in the chapel of Thrasher Family Funeral Home with Reverend Mike Baker officiating.  Burial in Fritschle Cemetery in Olney.

Kenneth was born on February 2, 1940 in Olney, the son of Kenneth and Madeline (Maloy) Lockwood Sr.

He worked at Richland Memorial Hospital in Food Services for many years. He enjoyed going to McDonald’s and talking to people. He also enjoyed swimming, dancing, talking on CB radios, and doing crossword puzzles. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.

Kenneth is survived by companion Carolyn Swinson of Olney; 2 daughters, Patricia McGrew and husband Rick of Flora and Deborah Lockwood of Fort Branch, Indiana; step-daughter Michele Odom and companion Sandy Blanchard of Fort Branch, Indiana; three brothers, Robin Roy Lockwood of Key West, Florida, David Lockwood and wife Georgia of Pittsburg, Illinois and John Lockwood and wife Karen of Key West, Florida; two grandchildren, Samantha and Anthony Yancy and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Madeline Lockwood Sr., step-son Brian Lowe, and granddaughters Nichole and Michelle Wathan.
