Charles R. "Bob" Thomson, 58, of Ingraham died Tuesday, May 1, 2001 at the home of his parents in Olney.  Burial of ashes will be in Haven Hill Cemetery in Olney.

Mr. Thomson was born on October 31, 1942 in Richland County, the son of Howard and Thelma (Moore) Thomson. He married Nancy Holtz on June 9, 1961. She survives.

He was a retired telephone installer for GTE and was a member of Christian Church of Olney.

Mr. Thomson is survived by his wife, Nancy Thomson of Ingraham; a daughter, Karen Vaughn and her husband, Brad of Olney; a son, Terry Thomson and his wife, Stacey of Indianapolis, Ind.; his parents, Howard and Thelma Thomson of Olney; four grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
