Jon Michael Quayle, 16, Olney, died Tuesday night, December 5, 1959 at Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney.

Jon was born December 30, 1942 a son of Robert A. and Thelma M. (Smith) Quayle.

He leaves his mother, Thelma; brothers, Lt. Robert of Camp Lejeune, N.C.; Keith of Iquique, Chili; Thomas of Carbondale and James at home; sister, Lucinda at home.

Services at Schaub Funeral Home, Olney with burial in Haven Hill Cemetery.
