Paula Kay (Heindselman) MacGilvray, 45, Louisville, Ky. and formerly of Olney, died Thursday, January 19, 1989 as the result of a traffic accident.

Burial in Haven Hill Cemetry in Olney.

Mrs. MacGilvray was born June 24, 1943 in Olney, the daughter of Paul "Spot" and Mary (Rash) Heindselman. She married Mike MacGilvray September 5, 1965 in Olney.

She was a homemaker.

She was a 1961 graduate of East Richland High School and 1965 graduate of Eastern Illinois University.

Surviving in addition to her husband, are two sons, Jeffrey David MacGilvray, Augusta, Ga. and Christian Michael MacGilvray, Lexington, Ky.; two sisters, Rita Rayhill, Glen Ellyn and Judy Heindselman, Rockford; her parents of Olney.
