Frederick Earl "Bo" Garretson Jr., 63 of Fairfield, formerly of Olney, died at 10 a.m. Monday, January 7, 2008 at his residence.  Cremation rites were accorded. A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Garretson was born January 14, 1944 in Waynesboro, Penn., the son of Frederick "Earl" Sr. and Catherine (Fretwell) Garretson.

He was a 1962 graduate of East Richland High School and worked as an electrician.

Mr. Garretson is survived by his daughter, Melissa Goad of Bowling Green, Ky.; stepdaughter, Robin of Tennessee; twin sons, Terrance and Timothy of Ohio; grandson, Michael Shane Goad of Tennessee; two step-grandsons in Tennessee; sisters, Judy Slichenmyer and her husband, John of Olney and Rebecca Bossart of Pegram, Tenn.; nephews and nieces, Chuck Brewer and his wife, Michelle, Cathy Steber and her husband, Donnie Jr., Tina Henry and her husband, Jesse all of Olney, John Brewer and his wife, Andrea of Vincennes, Ind., Russell Brewer and his wife, Terri of Newton, Eric McDonald of Evansville, Ind.; 16 great-nieces and nephews; five great-great-nieces and nephews; and his faithful and unfailing caregiver, Penny Bailey of Fairfield.

He was preceded in death by his parents and infant son, Anthony Earl.
