Erma J. Robinson, 56, of Olney died Saturday October 10, 1998 at Richland Memorial Hospital.  Funeral services at Stasi-Grove Funeral Home with Rev. Charles McDonald officiating. Burial in Green Hill Cemetery in rural Richland County.

Mrs. Robinson was born November 20, 1941 in Richland County, the daughter of Luther and Alice (Poff) VanMatre. She married Willie Robinson October 22, 1959 in Olney. He survives.

Mrs. Robinson was a housewife, loving mother and a member of the Moose Lodge of Olney.

She is survived by her husband, Willie Robinson of Olney; her mother, Alice VanMatre of Olney; one son, Luther Dee William Robinson of Newton; one daughter, Tonya Jo and her husband, Jeffrey Fawkes of Paducah, Ky.; four brothers, Billy VanMatre of Geff, Ray Gene VanMatre of Parkersburg, Donald VanMatre of Olney and Dale VanMatre of Dundas; one sister, Doris Perry of Olney; two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father.
