Miss Esther Jean Ochs, age 25 passed away early this morning, May 7, 1968 at the home of her parents, Henry and Susie Ochs in German Township. She had been in ill health for the past five months.

Miss Ochs was born in German Township on August 28, 1942. She had been an employee of the Richland Memorial Hospital for the past six years. She first worked in the Admitting Office and later became associated with the Insurance Department.

Her pleasant way and pleasing personality made her one of the Hospital's best liked employees. She was a graduate of ERHS in the Class of 1960. Miss Ochs was a lifelong member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Stringtown.

She leaves her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ochs of German Township and four brothers: Sylvan Ochs of Dundas, Kenneth Ochs of Olney, Sam Ochs of Cissna Park and John Ochs who lives at home. She also leaves a grandmother, Mrs. Clara Ochs of the Stringtown community.

Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery in Stringtown.
