John Ralph Harmon, 65, died Wednesday, January 18, 2006, in the Richland Memorial Hospital, Olney, IL

He was born in Olney, IL on October 8, 1940, the son of Richard and Anna Mae Bellinger Harmon.  He married Ruth Ann Galloway and she survives.

He had worked at Kralis in Olney.

He was a grandpa to a lot of children.

Survivors include his wife of Olney; two daughters, Jennifer Harmon and fiance', Kelly Joe Griffith of Olney, and Kathy Hunley and husband, Kelly, of Parkersburg; one son, John Hamilton of Bridgeport; six brothers, Robert Harmon of West Liberty, Charles "Budgie" Harmon of West Liberty, Paul Harmon of Olney, Clifford Harmon of Olney, Glenn Harmon of Louisiana, and Dale Harmon of Olney; two sisters, Mary Coseboon of Olney and Crystal Harmon of Olney; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Jim and Jackie.

Burial was in Maple Dale Cemetery, Olney, IL.
